MINI-SEGWAY RIDER REQUIREMENTS
> Riders must be 10 yr’s and over, 10 to 18 years of age accompanied by a parent or Guardian.
> Riders must stand 4′ 3″ – 6′ 7″.
> Riders must weight 55lb -220lb.
> Riders must have valid credit card and photo ID.
> Riders must sign a waiver and wear a helmet at all times.
> Riders do not have any medical or physical condition / limitations that would impact the operation of the mini-segway

Are reservations required?
Please book as far in advance as possible reservations are required always call in advance to confirm availability we suggest you either book online or call 778 723 9343.
How long does the Segway tour last?
Tour length both Mini-Segway tours are 3 hours including 15-30 minute breaks after being picked up from any downtown location couture starting point we take many breaks to take photos and videos.
How do I learn to ride a Mini-Segway?
All first-time customers are required to take 10 to 20 minutes on board grooming session to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Training time is part of the overall tour time writers are trained on all safe Mini-Segway operations.
What is the cancellation, changes, and no show policy?
We offer 100% on all tours if the reservation is cancelled more than before scheduled no chose charges to your booking for both tours will be no charge for changes 48 Hours of your scheduled tour, please call Vancouver wizard Wheels to confirm any changes.
Are tours cancelled because of rain?
Vancouver Wizard Wheels run in very light rain and drizzle, the segway is designed to run in light rain. In the rare case of tour cancellation due to severe rain or wind we will offer space on alternative dates and times or 100% refund. We have complimentary ponchos available for anyone that needs them.
Rates, booking procedure and confirmation?
Prices are per person unless otherwise specified. All transactions are in Canadian dollars. All prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Your tour requires full deposit via credit card at the time of booking. Tour prices or availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received and Confirmation provided. An email confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you following the completion of your booking.
